These SGT apply to IT services including:

  • maintenance,

  • cloud management,

  • system integration,

  • cybersecurity services.

2. MOMO CONCEPT LLC Commitments

The company commits to:

  • delivering professional, high‑quality services,

  • respecting agreed deadlines,

  • ensuring confidentiality,

  • informing the client of any risks or technical limitations.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • provide necessary access (servers, accounts, API keys),

  • supply accurate information,

  • comply with payment terms,

  • avoid illegal or abusive use of services.

4. Support & Assistance

Support conditions are defined in the service contract:

  • standard support (email, ticket),

  • premium support (phone, priority handling),

  • defined response and resolution times (SLA).

5. Security

MOMO CONCEPT LLC implements appropriate security measures:

  • backups,

  • encryption,

  • monitoring,

  • cybersecurity best practices. The client remains responsible for internal systems and user access.

6. Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable for:

  • data loss due to lack of backup,

  • service interruptions caused by third‑party providers (hosting, cloud, APIs),

  • indirect damages (loss of revenue, reputation, etc.).

7. Duration & Termination

Services may be:

  • one‑time,

  • monthly,

  • yearly. Termination conditions are defined in the service agreement.

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions define the rules under which MOMO CONCEPT LLC provides IT services, software development, consulting, and related digital solutions.

2. Orders

An order becomes effective after:

  • acceptance of the quotation,

  • written or electronic signature,

  • payment of any required deposit.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are expressed in USD or EUR depending on the client. Payment terms:

  • deposit of 30–50% upon order,

  • balance due upon delivery or according to the agreed schedule. Accepted payments: bank transfer, card, or secure online payment.

4. Deadlines

Delivery times are specified in the quotation. They may be adjusted if the client delays providing required information or requests modifications.

5. Changes & Additional Work

Any request not included in the initial quotation will require a new quotation or additional billing.

6. Delivery

Deliverables (software, documents, reports, source code) are provided in the agreed format. The client has 7 days to report any issues.

7. Warranty & Maintenance

A bug‑fix warranty is included for a period defined in the quotation (typically 30 days). Ongoing maintenance or feature updates require a separate contract.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • MOMO CONCEPT LLC retains rights to internal tools, frameworks, and methodologies,

  • the client receives a usage license for the delivered software,

  • full transfer of rights can be arranged if specified in the quotation.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all exchanged information strictly confidential.

10. Termination

In case of breach of obligations, either party may terminate the contract after formal notice. Completed work remains payable.

11. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
