General Terms and Conditions – MOMO CONCEPT LLC

1. Scope of Services MOMO CONCEPT LLC provides custom software development, digital solutions, system integration, and technical consulting. Each service is defined in a written proposal or quote approved by the client.

2. Order Confirmation A project begins once the client accepts the quote in writing and, when required, pays the initial deposit. Acceptance confirms agreement on the scope, pricing, and timeline.

3. Delivery Timeframes Deadlines are provided as estimates. They may change depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, or delays in receiving required materials.

4. Pricing and Payment Prices are stated in USD or EUR depending on the agreement. Payment terms are specified in the quote. Final delivery occurs only after full payment has been received.

5. Changes and Additional Requests Any request not included in the original quote will require a revised estimate. Significant changes may affect the timeline and cost.

6. Intellectual Property All deliverables remain the property of MOMO CONCEPT LLC until full payment is made. Once paid, usage rights are transferred to the client as defined in the agreement.

7. Confidentiality MOMO CONCEPT LLC commits to protecting all confidential information shared by the client during the project.

8. Liability MOMO CONCEPT LLC provides services with care and professionalism but cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or misuse of delivered solutions.

9. Support and Maintenance Post‑delivery support is included only if specified in the quote. Additional maintenance or updates require a separate agreement.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
